Shammah Properties is an independent living facility throughout Maryland, providing clean living options for the homeless. We provide housing for the homeless irrespective of what they need. Our main motto is to ensure every individual has a place to sleep that feels like home at the end of the day.

How It Works

We work directly with the landlord and building owners to build housing in the vacant properties and offer it to the homeless regardless of their needs and situation. We offer adult-only accommodation for the homeless.
